New and Improved

Sorry I have not blogged on here for what seems like a million years. I started a work-out routine with a new diet at the end of February and have been really caught up in keeping myself in shape. So far it's been going very well and I have lost 8lbs so far (and lost inches as well). Today, I completed day 10 of the exercises. It's really tough and I work out every day but I'm happy I am finally making a change that will improve my self-esteem. So,  I hope to return to you all a slimmer, happier and more physically fit me. :)
